My daughter had the child’s serving of pasta with marinara sauce – – decent enough, additional sauce was brought on request. The house made accompanying tartar sauce was perfect for the dipping and the chips, well, they were good too.

It wasn’t bad at all! The coating was thin and crunchy, while the fish was white, flaky not tough at all. I opted for the traditional fish and chips, a meal I rarely have outside of London. Our waiter was kind, energetic and speedy! Within minutes we had our drinks, and soon after our food was at our places We didn’t have a reservation, but merely walked in on the street and were seated within 15 minutes. Rosie’s is right on The main drag, a couple of blocks from the bright lights and hustle and bustle.Īlthough packed, the polite well trained staff kept things moving along, doing their best to satisfy each incoming customer.

Eager to catch our theater show on time, we didn’t want to stray too far from the heart of Times Square/ theater District but we also didn’t want to lunch at a chain type location or even worse a fast food joint.
